Our focus will be on the benefits of Breathwork and Visualization Practices, using Breathwork as a powerful tool for releasing emotional blocks, reducing stress & anxiety, and increasing overall well-being. In addition, we will incorporate powerful visualization exercises with high-frequency modalities such as music, crystal singing bowls, essential oils, energy work, and meditation to help you access your highest potential and live the life you were meant to live.
