Women's Health + Wellness Workshop

Come together in a stunning private ocean view rooftop above a beautiful boutique hotel. Our April workshop will include an All-Level Flow by Delve Together Yoga,  Sunset Tea Ceremony, followed by "Take Control Of Your Hormones, Take Control Of Your Life!" Workshop. 

For our April workshop we have not one but TWO board certified health experts in Dr. Alexa Woods & Holistic Heather, RN to discuss and educate on women’s health, hormones, early menopause, menopause and so much more! The more we know what’s happening to us internally the better we can take control of our lives to stay balanced, healthy and happy through all of the changes we face as women! This workshop is designed for women of ALL AGES!

This workshop is all about rest, rejuvenation and education for a healthy mind, healthy body and healthy spirit! JOIN US while we guide you through a beautiful evening of incredible self-care.
